Unless you are specially appointed by the GOIRA, prerequisites are that your have current or recent (within 5 years) USA experience from at least one of the below areas:
- government services leader (Director or similar) from a federal or state organization in the legal or judicial industry
- judge, attorney, public defender, or prosecutor
- currently in law school, or have completed at least your first 2 years of law school (BS already completed)
