A claimable event is an event you prefer assistance mediating, and of which you believe you should receive a financial resolution.

Preparing your claimable event:
1) gather files, facts, pictures, videos, statements, and/or etc.
2) create one document, within your files, with the following summary information:
a. Name, address, phone of the individual(s) and/or organization(s) (also include their website, if they have one) you're filing the claim against
b. your summary statement
c. what outcome you'd like to obtain
4) paste file(s) into appropriate claimable event (submit multiple claims if more files are needed to be sent)

From that point, all parties are expected to:
- start mediation in a timely manner (within 3 business days, and in some cases up to 14 business days)
- respond appropriately to our contact attempts
