Goira

GOIRA drives effectiveness is because individuals and/or organizations using:
  • VOWAS.org benefits and services programs, career grants, and/or structured capital
  • funds from Betterment Grants or other associated grants as per the $126T budget, or other included granting agencies/organizations and/or
  • traditional products and/or services provided and/or hosted in the USA or via a connected smart device,
can be directly penalized monetarily for failing to remedy client/customer issues and/or successfully completing the claims resolution process in a timely manner, may be penalized monetarily for any losses and/or damages which occurred against such client/customer, and may be also be punitively penalized monetarily especially in cases of ignoring requests by client/customers to resolve claims. As well, the individual employee(s) and/or contractor(s), including up to management, ownership, and/or board or other person(s) in a management or leadership position can be financially penalized up to a quintuple (5x) multiple and/or depending on the claim/investigation face criminal proceedings and/or an uncapped financial penalty depending on level(s) of collusion and/or other crimes in claim(s) involving acts of misrepresentation, discrimination, abuse, unfair treatment, collusion to cause loss or damage, cyber bullying, cyber hacking, slander, libel, and/or gross negligence.

GOIRA claims which are not remedied can include a financial penalty levied against each individual of which the claim is against, personally, and against the organization, which can include the suspension of 30% up to 60% of the individual and organization VOWAS benefits and services for a period of 1 years up to 5 years.

GOIRA reports your claim directly to the individual or organization in question, as well as to a performance data organization. If it is found the claimee (the organization(s) and/or individual(s) of concern which are listed on the claim) has an issue in which a grant(s) can assist in resolving, the claimee and the claimant will be notified of such.

If a successful resolution is not reached through mediation, either a default judgement is entered or an arbitration period proceeds, and if still no resolution is reached between all parties the lengthy, costly, burdensome standard legal proceedings may commence.

GOIRA is at most times better suited to resolve claims than other means of consumer watchdog outlets, reporting databases, and agencies because of the fundamental design of GOIRA: to provide an amicable and as quick as possible solution(s) and/or path(s) for improvement and resolution or face an immediate financial penalty.
